You will support the delivery of the Channel Marketing Strategy across EMEA. You will develop and execute a strong marketing strategy that delivers the company values and business targets. This role sits within the Marketing team, reporting to the Head ofMarketing Operations whilst working closely with the regional sales leads.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- With the Head of Marketing Operations, develop and deliver a clear Global Channel Marketing strategy to meet channel needs and business objectives
- Create end-to-end demand generation marketing communications strategies and activities for both online and offline platforms
- Create and design marketing activities and programs for the existing customer base with a focus on optimising upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Lead and manage the traditional marketing communications, planning and logistics for B2B events, trade shows and conferences for EMEA
- Own regional deployment of campaign strategy, support commercial activities and other initiatives.
- Measure, analyse, and report campaign performance, evaluating impact on revenue generation, draw insights from data to enhance performance
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our value proposition and deliver go to market messaging for company products
- Work closely with sales teams on a partner recruitment programme
- Manage the global channel marketing budget, embedding a process including proposal management, review, acceptance/rejection and proof of performance
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle from design to delivery
- Responsible for the planning and control of the marketing budget for partner marketing.
- Monitor and analyse campaign ROI and make changes to drive improvements.
- Support the Training team to deploy the marketing message to the field ensuring timely sharing of information and quick response to opportunities and challenges
- Liaise with Brand and Product Marketing to ensure alignment of message ensuring consistency across channel assets
- Analyse channel marketing activities and make recommendations for future improvements
- Develop strong relationships with partners and team members globally
- Ability to work as part of an experienced team to share knowledge and best practices
- Develop and execute quarterly and seasonal account specific marketing and promotional plans
- Identify and oversee the development of marketing deliverables for all accounts in the region
- Participate in weekly sales and marketing account planning sessions
- Manage the marketing relationships with our key customers working with their marketing teams to develop, execute, and report on account marketing activities
- Manage channel incentives and channel partner event marketing activities in the region
- Manage MDF, VIR, and Coop marketing budgets aligning spend to product and account goals
- Plan and implement product launch activities with go-to-market accounts
- Define, Manage and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly promotional campaigns monitoring overall effectiveness and sales
- Lead team to create and track an annual promotional marketing calendar and communicate promotional opportunities to sales and product marketing teams
