Role Overview As a Marketing Assistant, you will help drive Datapharm’s marketing initiatives by supporting event logistics, content delivery, and lead management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our marketing activities are well‑organised, on‑brand, and effectively executed, contributing to the success of both the Marketing and wider Commercial teams. Please note this a hybrid role and you will be required to be office based (Leatherhead) on Tuesday and Wednesday. This may increase to three days in 2026. What You’ll Be Doing Key Responsibilities: Manage logistics for conferences and exhibitions (shipping, prep sessions calendars, feedback collection, onsite – as required) Prepare and deliver event materials for conferences. Handle lead management and data organisation in Hubspot. Support the delivery of the content management plan. Assist the Commercial team with day‑to‑day marketing tasks, ensuring brand consistency and proper approval workflows. Write and design social media posts using Canva templates for social media. Help scale up social media activity, trialling new channels such as YouTube. Leverage marketing data to summarise customer feedback trends and build segmented lists. Create and update webpages on the Datapharm website, including blogs, product pages, and event summaries. Undertake other tasks with care, collaboration, and a proactive mindset. How you’ll have an impact This role supports Datapharm’s strategic goals by enhancing the effectiveness and reach of marketing campaigns, contributing to business growth and customer engagement. It also strengthens team collaboration and ensures smooth execution of marketing projects, ultimately delivering valuable content and experiences to customers and stakeholders. What You’ll Need To Succeed Capabilities/Skills/Experience: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience. Understanding of marketing concepts such as lead funnel, buyer personas, SEO/GEO. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks. Solid copywriting skills. Basic understanding of marketing funnels and campaign objectives. Ability to coordinate across teams and external stakeholders. Interest in technology and self‑learning. Basic data entry and reporting. Personal Attributes Proactive and adaptable. Collaborative and empathetic. Curious and open to feedback. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
