**Creative Team Lead**

Our client is a leading B2B leisurewear distributer, operating globally with a staff of over 500. They have created a new opportunity for a 6 month contract that could become permanent for the right person. As the Creative Lead, you will support the company in the growth of their business - working collaboratively with the Creative team, Account Managers & outsourced support to ensure that the sales and marketing plans and services that they provide meet expectation, deliver sales and satisfying customer expectation.

Managing all areas of the creative production, leading the full team to deliver to high levels of design and making maximum impact. With a strong focus on digital and UX driven content creation for our digital approach, you will need to effectively manage design-led projects, timelines, and team workflows to adhere to strict deadlines and ensure that output is of the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Team management responsibilities (graphic and digital designers) - you will be a proactive leader who has the ability to manage, coach, develop and motivate a team in order to reach team targets.
- Scoping functional specs for creative digital projects and briefing our outsource developers - ensuring end to end, high-quality delivery
- Collaboratively working alongside the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager on the development and rollout of brand strategies, messaging, visual guidelines and tone
- Development of new creative initiatives, ideas and concepts including defining and improving processes within the creative team
- Collaboratory working with stakeholders and the wider company by building positive professional relationships
- To lead by example and set expectations and standards for the creative team to emulate throughout their own work
- Managing development, timelines and budgets with the assistance of the Creative Team admin
- Run regular workshops for clients, your team and internal stakeholders

**You will need to**:

- Have extensive knowledge of the creative processes, from start to finish
- Outstanding organisational skills and a detailed-oriented approach are necessary requirements for our Creative Manager role.
- Be highly skilled and proficient in digital design - including a knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator, epi-server etc
- Commercially minded, with a laser focus on target-driven content creation
- Create user personas, user journeys and site maps
- The ability to make sound business decisions and give clear guidance in time-critical situations.
- A strong negotiator, able to manage budgets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proofing is essential
- Video content creation & editing experience

Salary £35k + Bonus and Incentives, Birthday off as extra holiday and flexible working (2 days in the office/3 days at home)

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
