Operations Team Member

An exciting opportunity to join Connah's Quay Power Stations Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Team as an Operations team member. The role is responsible for the safe operation of the Combined Cycle Gas Turbines. You will have the opportunity to join a highly motivated team and play a part in the energy transition for a cleaner future.

**Your responsibilities**
- You will promote safe behaviour and understand environmental compliance requirements
- You will safely operate the Gas Turbine Units as part of a shift team
- You will provide a safe working environment for others to maintain the asset
- We want you to provide ideas for improvement in the operation of the plant
- You will provide first line maintenance on the plant within own competency levels

**Your profile**

**Essential**
- Educated to BTEC ONC Level or NVQ 3 in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Ability to deliver the role whilst demonstrating flexibility, initiative and high levels of self-motivation and enthusiasm
- An understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and standards;
**Desirable**
- Have experience in Operating Power Plant or other similar process facility
- Have experience from an EC&I background
