**Senior Project Manager - Ultra Prime Residential - Knightsbridge**

A long standing, well-established, medium sized High End Residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking another hardworking Senior Project Manager to their close knit team.

Prime / Ultra Prime residential experience is essential.

**The Company**

The successful Senior Project manager will join a team specialising in bespoke residential luxury refurbishment projects throughout prime London.

The company has 2 years + pipeline of works and are offering a permanent, stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects.

The company currently turn over around £10 million and are in a stable position to push on and continue growing.

**The Senior Project Manager Role**

The successful Senior Project Manager will be both based on site and in the office. The first project you will oversee is an Ultra High End / Prime refurbishment in the heart of Knightsbridge with a contract value of around £5 million.

After completing the first project you will be then go on to eventually manage up to 3 projects simultaneously.

Projects range from £1 - £8+ million and are usually High-End Residential renovations / Refurbishments and new builds throughout Prime Residential London.

**The Senior Project Manager - Requirements**
- High end residential experience £3 Million + budgets
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Prime / Ultra Prime residential experience
- Good computer skills
- A valid driving licence
- Construction background
