**Sales Enrolment Specialist**

Brighton Office (On-site) | £26,000 + Commission
Full-time | Permanent | MondayFriday

**Help students take the next step in their future.**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Managing a pipeline of prospective students (all warm leads) and guiding them from first enquiry through to enrolment and initial payment
- Advising students on course options that align with their goals and helping them navigate admissions requirements
- Meeting and exceeding sales-based KPIs and service SLAs through effective and professional communication
- Handling high volumes of phone-based conversations, building rapport, and influencing decision-making with confidence and empathy
- Accurately tracking every student interaction using Salesforce (CRM), ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent record-keeping
- Collaborating with Team Leaders and Contact Centre Managers to continuously improve processes and the student experience

**What were looking for**:

- Experience in a contact centre, sales, or student support environment
- A track record of meeting (or beating) performance targets in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially over the phone
- Comfortable handling high call volumes with resilience and positivity
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly; Salesforce experience is a plus
- A Bachelors degree is a bonus, but equivalent experience is just as valuable
- A self-starter whos motivated by goals, teamwork, and the chance to make a difference
