**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Site Labourer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills to develop a rewarding career in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting skilled tradesmen in the preparation and execution of various site tasks, including:

- Surface preparation (e.g., cleaning, grinding, abrasive blasting)
- Material handling and delivery
- Setting out and measuring
- General site maintenance and housekeeping
- Learning the fundamentals of waterproofing, gas proofing, concrete repairs, and industrial coatings.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Adhering to all site safety regulations and procedures.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding work.
- Valid CSCS card (or willing to obtain one).
- Full UK driving license (desirable but not essential).
