Support Worker Jobs in Telford Hays social care are currently seeking experienced support workers to join us in both adult and young person services. Hays works with multiple clients that all offer a very welcoming and supportive environment with skilledstaff and management. Your job as a Support worker will be to assist and support vulnerable individuals who may come from complex backgrounds. Your new company Hays Social Care provide temporary staff to residential services across the Telford/Shropshire area.You will be supporting both young people and adults with learning difficulties, autism and challenging behaviours and will strive to provide the best possible support for them and their families. You will be part of an established team that work well togetherand will be quick to build strong relationships with service users Your new role As a Support Worker you will be required to provide high quality care and support which meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs of the serviceusers. We are happy to be able to offer you a choice of assignments with shifts that suit you however, some flexibility will be required. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced support worker with experience working with children or adults.A minimum of 6 months relevant experience is desirable. Having your own transport will be beneficial as the locations you will be expected to travel to have limited transport access. You'll also be someone who has a strong desire to make a difference. Whatyou'll get in return Flexible working options available. We pay between £9.99 and £11.35 per hour depending on experience and chosen payment method including holiday and pension.
