Support pupils with a range of additional needs to achieve their full potential
Help teachers plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons

Be a caring, consistent presence — guiding pupils through challenges and celebrating progress
From classroom learning to outdoor adventures, you’ll help pupils discover what they’re capable of in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Lamledge School is a welcoming, collaborative community where staff are valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their potential — just like our pupils. Lamledge School provides specialist education to pupils with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. We are within a commutable distance of Telford, Dudley, Stourbridge, Shrewsbury, Stone, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding towns. We are a small school on the outskirts of Shifnal with stunning grounds and rolling countryside surrounding us. Our staff are dedicated to delivering education in a therapeutic and trauma informed way.
