Our client was founded in 2015 by a team of tech entrepreneurs who wanted to reshape the way companies found and booked event space, and help unique venues access the corporate marketplace. They’re now a team of 65-plus people and have raised $15m so farin funding. They are looking to hire a Customer Success Executive to join their small, but fast growing Customer Success team. They have won numerous awards and have been listed in the top 100 UK multiple times
**What You'll Get**
As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll work for one of the UK’s leading tech start-ups, offering great career development. If you are fresh out of Uni or just want to get into Tech/SaaS, then this is the perfect role for you. Salary on offer is £30,000- £35,000 + another £15,000 on top (uncapped). There is a huge opportunity for career progression into a more senior or leadership role further down the line.
**What You'll Do**
This Customer Success Executive will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and will be responsible for building relationships with, onboarding and managing all new venue clients.
**What You'll Need**
You will need to be a highly organised, curious & driven individual and you will certainly want to join a fast growth start-up. 6-12 months prior commercial experience is ideal, however, not essential. You will need to be a sociable individual who wouldjump at the chance of working in young, fun & dynamic environment
