**Commercial Finance Manager | £65,000-£75,000 | South West London (3 days in the office) | Multichannel Retailer**

A Commercial Finance Manager is required to work for a well-renowned, retail conglomerate, based in South West London (3 days in the office), in what is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Finance Director. This is an opportunity to work fora household name & multichannel retailer that has shown strong financial performance in 2020/2021 and that has a clear 3-year growth strategy including expanding their product range and driving eCommerce revenues.

The Commercial Finance Manager is an integral role within their newly defined, management structure. You will take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting, weekly KPI reporting as well as financial modelling. You will be partnering closely with non-financestakeholders and will be focused on driving change and maximising revenues across the brand.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Taking ownership of the budgeting and forecasting for the brand including running the budgeting and forecasting models and partnering with departmental heads to set annual budgets
- Production of the weekly KPI reporting for the business, providing information on store and eCommerce sales as well as analysis behind the numbers
- Working with the Finance Director to produce and update the 3-year plans from a financial perspective
- Performing post and pre-investment appraisal to include analysis of site profitability and modelling around new stores
- Working with the business on any ad-hoc reporting requests
- Partnering with non-finance stakeholders on a regular basis, challenging assumptions, and providing analysis around costs and profit levers
- Supporting with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics
