**Helpline Advisor Hybrid - Dover, Kent**
- £25,710 rising to £28,670 per year
- 25 days Annual leave + 8 Bank holidays

**Hours**
- Monday - Friday
- 8am-8pm, rotational
- 35 hours a week
- No weekends or Bank holidays
**The role of Helpline Advisor Hybrid**:
- Efficiently and empathetically handle inbound calls, offering support and ensuring resolution at first point of contact
- Support clients following complex safeguarding disclosures, raising concerns with authorities
- Provide an exemplary professional service through active listening and communication
- Work collaboratively to achieve organisational targets and KPI's
- Attend coaching/mentoring sessions, meetings, and appraisals
- Maintain full, concise records and complete case follow up within requisite time scales
**The ideal Helpline Advisor Hybrid**:
- Proven experience providing exemplary customer service
- Experience in call centre/customer service environments
- Capable of multitasking using multiple systems while communicating
- High attention to detail, particularly in record keeping
- High level of motivation, resilience, and emotional intelligence
