Our client is looking for a Management Controller role for a busy and growing company in Redditch reporting into the Financial Controller and you will contribute to the overall financial management of the organisation through accurate and timely analysisand reporting.
Management Controller key duties include:
- Manage rebates full process: accruals, agreements set-up in the ERP, rebates payments, reconciliation, forecasts and analysis.
Provide sales internal reporting: daily reports, end of month analysis by customer / product line, selling price index analysis, selling price modification control.
Manage cost process: control, authorise, analyse, allocate and manage purchase orders / invoices process through accounting interfaces.
Provide analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs. budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines).
Input of all closing results in the reporting tool and in the branch files.
Take part in the budget and MTP process (sales, cost, etc )
Participate in the internal control campaign: control, create and follow-up action plans.
Benchmark and standardise management control tools.
Review and change of processes to improve the financial performance of the company.
Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis.
Support shared services centers in resolving day to day issues.
The successful Management Controller will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous Management controller experience
A degree in control management, finance or audit
Experience in industry doing financial control.
