**An Overview**:
A Restaurant supervisor is an enthusiastic team member providing an excellent guest experience. An iconic supervisor will be able to create and deliver fantastic customer service; exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

A Restaurant supervisor consistently provides a quality product and customer service experience that delivers total customer satisfaction measured by mystery diner/online reviews. They model and create an environment in which the customer is always right; ensuring a positive customer service experience

At Tanner and co - our team is our family The Restaurant Supervisor is a key team member; they ensure the customers have their drinks and food curated to the highest quality

The Restaurant supervisor works well with all team members. They treat the team members with dignity and respect, which creates an environment where the entire team does the same.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Upholds company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our customers and team members
- To be a role model for the floor team
- Work with the GM and Restaurant Manager to run training and development courses for the team
- Ensure that all guests are receiving a Classic Tanner & Co experience
- Opening and Closing the restaurant
**Skills and experience required**:

- Strong team skills to ensure the team achieves service to exceed customer expectations
- Pre-existing experience within the Hospitality or Restaurant industry
- Keen eye for details at all time
- Be pro-active in problem solving
- Multitasking is a must
- Proven skills to be able to work on own initiative to deal with problems and opportunities
- Strong communication skills to be able to share a vision of success which the team want to be part of
- Able to work under pressure
Efficient team player, but also capable of working under minimum supervision.

This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for this position and the range of duties undertaken. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder throughout the period of employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
