We are currently looking for a passionate **Floor Supervisor**, to join our **Accommodation Services team** on a **permanent **basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a **Floor Supervisor, **your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

- To be punctual, efficient and courteous always with guests and fellow employees
- To maintain the key control during morning and evening shift to ensure accountability for all guest bedrooms and storage of the keys issued
- To create a task sheet editor in Know cross with the work assignments to Floor Supervisors and Room Attendants
- To run the evening shifts when required and to create a spreadsheet with job allocations for all evening Room attendants
- To physically check daily status of all assigned rooms to identify, solve and minimize rooms discrepancy
- To check all allocated rooms to the highest standards

You will be required to work **40hours** per week, on a shift rota.
