Marketing Manager Projects: Housing developments Location: Stockport Salary & Package: £40-45k depending on experience, pension A reputable house builder currently have a requirement for a highly organised Marketing Manager to join their Sales & Marketing team The company offer impressive apartments, mews, townhouses and spacious semi-detached and detached properties across the region. The company have an excellent reputation of delivering excellent customer service and have received a number of awards over the yearsincluding the HBF Five star status. The Role - Marketing Manager " Working closely with the Area Sales Manager and Sales Office team in head office, offering support in all areas of marketing and signage " Offering a high level of support as required to the Sales and Marketing Director " Manage the Administration of the company website via the CMS weekly; ensuring all content and availability is accurate and current " Maintain external portals such as Rightmove to ensure best promotion of the companies sites and properties " Ensure paid online advertising (PPC, Meta, GDN, Performance Max, LinkedIn etc) are live, updated when required and lead generation monitored " Copywriting, when required for a range of platforms, on and offline " Keep the social organic calendar updated with news worthy content " Produce monthly reports on lead generation from the website and portals to review marketing performance " Produce board reports monthly based on reservations month on month. " Attend regular marketing meetings with multiple agencies, as well as group marketing meetings with other regions " Brief and manage the appointed CGI agency, photographers and videographers to create promotional materials on and offline " Brief and manage to completion print literature such as brochures, leaflets and more. " Liaise with the technical department and ensure all marketing literature is approved by them prior to print and production " Coordinate and manage group marketing items with Managing Director, Sales Directors and Advertising Agency " Signage on each development to be briefed and amended as required To be considered for this position you will need to have the following: " Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing practices " Experience in managing a CMS system (knowledge of WordPress advantageous) " Good communication skills, both written and verbal " A strong copywriter that can adapt content for online platforms and printed materials " Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise work load " Recognise and demonstrate the need for appropriate confidentiality. " Be self-motivated with a flexible approach and positive attitude to new tasks. " Ability to work well in a team and on your own where necessary. " Ability to manage own workload and prioritise where necessary. " Be punctual and reliable. " Prepared to learn new tasks and undertake additional work. " Essential to have sound knowledge in Outlook, Microsoft Office Software (Word and Excel) " Ability to communicate, influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation How to apply
