Experience Visioning is a new capability established to develop and deliver a brand-new, world-class function in the Product Hub. As an Experience Visioning Strategist, you’ll be part of a team focused on analysing the longer-term behavioral, cultural and technological trends and themes. These will aid and inform the future direction and prioritisation of product development, thereby ensuring our product pipeline is competitive and compelling. You’ll also concurrently contribute to helping establish the wider Research & Opportunity Development team as a distinctive, essential new capability.

What you'll do:
Your responsibilities fall into three broad categories:
Knowledge & Critical Thinking
- Help influence and spark fresh thinking through compelling, evidence-based strategic narratives using strong visual, written and verbal skills
- Draw on behavioural, cultural and technological trends and themes and to communicate complex ideas
- Research and evaluate evidence - clarifying signals from noise - to help define new futures for Sky and Comcast products

Creativity, Craft & Quality
- Build creative structures, territories, principles and propositions that help guide or define
- Contribute to building fresh, innovative research methodologies that make a clear path to objectives

Collaboration, Communication & Influence
- Be a champion for creative, critical thinking throughout the R&OD team, representing R&OD in wider Product & Design meetings, advocating the use and value of creative and strategic practices
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with external agencies, working seamlessly to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Articulate and present work confidently and compellingly to various collaborators

What you'll bring
- Relevant commercial experience with a specific focus on product design, innovation, experience, strategic research or related team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent with tools such as Keynote, Powerpoint, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite
- In depth knowledge of and perpetual curiosity for key consumer trends, emerging technology, digital disruption and cultural shifts
- Demonstrable understanding of user-centred design and how design can meet brand, business and strategic objectives

Your office space

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
