Job Title: Recovery Nurse
Location: Lancaster
Shift Patterns: 24/7 shift pattern on 6 week rolling pattern consisting of:
Long Days - 7am - 8:30pm. Nights 7:45pm - 8:15am.
Type of Contract: Permanent or AD-HOC (Depending on your needs)
Payrate: £32,795 - £36,787 dependent on experience or as a gateway for development.
- Expectations of the role:

- Dispensing of controlled and non-controlled drugs to meet the clients physical support needs, ensuring a safe withdrawal from substance use.
- As a nurse on shift patient care and wellbeing can require carrying out emergency anaphylactic and Naloxone administration if required.
- Prioritize, organize and manage your own workload in a manner that maintains and promotes Quality.
- Joint multidisciplinary collaboration with all stakeholders including the wider nursing and community team.
- Supporting colleagues and managers with new initiatives and service offers, and any reasonable requested Activity.
- Care planning of a client's recovery journey which is person cantered and puts the client at the focus of all decision making.
- Supervision of Nurse Associates and support workers.
