We are recruiting to support a young woman with MS secondary progressive 3 x a week.

**Experience required for role**:

- At least 1 year working in a health and/or social care setting.
- Must be a driver as part of service is to accompany her to appointments and physiotherapy.
- Desired knowledge of MS

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
