Do you have experience at dealing with written complaints in an office environment? If so we'd like to hear from you.

We are a friendly property surveying firm based in Watford and are looking for an experienced Complaints & Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Services team.

We need a mature approach (regardless of age) and an individual who is a skilled wordsmith and has expertise in dealing positively with customer complaints and bringing these to a successful conclusion, whilst keeping our lovely customers happy.

It goes without saying that you will need to tactful and diplomatic, have a bright and bubbly personality and love customer interactions. You will also need to be able to work on your own initiative whilst being a key player in the customer service team.

If you have high levels of energy, positivity and a good sprinkling of resilience - then we'd like to hear from you.

This role is Monday to Friday role working 9am to 5.30pm. We offer a competitive salary, 22 days holiday, pension, free hot and cold drinks, product discounts and company events.

Our office is situated ideally for buses and a short walk from Watford Junction station. There is an expanse of shops locally, ideal for grabbing some lunch or lunchtime browsing
