Electrical Contracts Manager

Our client is a leading Electrical Contractor providing electrical installation on large Utilities sites, Industrial and Commercial sites installing SWA, Lighting and Power. They have a requirement for an Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee projects in London. Clients will be the UK's top 10 construction main contractors

As the Electrical Contracts Manager you will

As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will be Dealing with the UK's top 10 main construction contractors, liaising with construction directors and project managers
As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will be Managing a team of around 20 Electricians and Electrical Supervisors and Site Managers
As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will be Liaising and lead the local commercial team, Sales manager, Estimator and QS on electrical project requirements and cost implications
As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will be Front line customer interaction on small to large electrical installations
As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will be managing Full budget control and P&L target
As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will be paid up to £60k + travel paid + bonus + Holiday + Pension

To be successful as the Electrical Contracts Manager you will have

As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will be Electrically Qualified ideally JIB
As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will be Experienced as a Contracts manager on electrical installations
As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will be Experienced in man management and strong leadership of both office teams and site-based teams
As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will have P&L management experience
As the successful electrical contracts manager, you will have Experience in Industrial, Commercial or Utilities site installations
