Corporate/financial Regulatory Associate

**AJ Chambers** is delighted to be working with a **magic circle** firm, seeking to add a well-versed and ambitious corporate solicitor to their finanical institutions team. They are offering the chance for excellent mentorshipfrom leading partners and associates across the financial practice group as a whole, with a team focus on leading sector clients such as banks, challenger banks, fintech, asset management and insurers.
The work largely involves advisory work on a full range of corporate/financing/regulatory matters across the globe on multi-million pound deals.
The clients are varied, with a broad scope of business interests, and as such client relationship building is at the forefront of this role, so strong advisory experience on a range of disputes is crucial.
**The Role**
- Advising on a wide range of commercial aspects of corporate/financial regulatory matters
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, amending of documentation
- Involvement with private equity work
- Business development
- Development of key relationships with clients
- Assisting more junior solicitors with their work
- 1 - 5 PQE
- Excellent drafting skills
- Experience in leading negotiation
- High quality of legal/commercial understanding
- Resilient and motivated
- Able to support both partners and associate colleagues in an endeavour to best service the complex needs of clients
