The role will require occasional visits to the office in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm and will be ongoing until September time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop PPC Ads: Design compelling visual elements for PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and social media channels, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Create Blog Graphics: Collaborate with the Head of SEO and Social Media team to design graphics for blog posts, social posts, infographics, and other visual content to enhance readability and engagement.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
- Iterate and Improve: Gather feedback from stakeholders and implement revisions to refine designs and optimize performance.

**Key skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

**. **Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on digital marketing materials.
- Passion for pets and understanding of the pet insurance industry is a plus.
