We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join our client based in Borehamwood. They are all about making a difference to their customers with the use of technology. The role offers hands-on experience in various marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination.

**You will be completing your L3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship via Remit Training.**

**SALARY: £18,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Help write and develop content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and marketing materials.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and updating databases.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Strong interest in marketing, with a desire to learn and develop.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft OJice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Desirable**:

- Some experience in (or evidence of an interest in) digital marketing or content creation (e.g., blog writing, graphic design).
- Some knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, WordPress, or Mailchimp.
- An understanding of SEO and online marketing strategies.

- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and innovation.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team.
