**Lettings Negotiator**

This is a Permanent role

As a Lettings Negotiator, it is your role to arrange and conduct appointments in which potential tenants will be able to view properties.

You may be required to transport applicants to the property for viewings, however a company car is available to use. Must hold a clean UK driving licence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arranging viewings to student tenants, showing students around the property and support with any questions they may have.
- Manage various situations and handle any queries tenants may have.
- Managing client paperwork and bookings.
- Assisting in office organisation, reception and registration of tenants.
- Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information.
- Promoting properties to tenants using various marketing techniques.
- Removing properties from the market when they are let agreed.
- Ensuring that all properties adhere to proper health and safety standards (manager support available on this topic).

What we are looking for from you:

- Great personality and ability to positively interact with tenants.
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written.
- Well organised.
- A natural people person.

Working on CFP Software so previous experience of this would be an advantage however not essential as training will be provided.

**Salary**: £23,000 - £24,000 Depending on experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Overtime is required at certain times of the year - Overtime is paid separately to
