Trainee Valuer

The Role:
As a Sales and Lettings Valuer, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting accompanied viewings on residential and lettings stock.
- Conducting market appraisals
- Listing properties for sale, rental and promoting the benefits of our Auction service
- Negotiating sales and lettings offers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Providing regular marketing updates to sellers and landlords, identifying strategies to enhance interest and enquiries for their properties.
- Assisting in the progression of sales through the legal process, liaising between buyers, sellers, and solicitors.
- Actively generating residential and lettings market appraisals to drive new sales and lettings instructions.
- Identifying mortgage opportunities and scheduling mortgage appointments with our financial service partners.
- Recognising conveyancing opportunities and maximising referrals to our in-house panel law firms.
- Enhancing brand awareness through effective utilisation of social media platforms.

A driving licence is essential for this role along with a good knowledge of the Durham area

Salary - From £22,308.00 plus commission. Our current valuers are regularly earning in excess of £30,000 per annum

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rota basis with time given in lieu
