**What is the role**:
We are Stafford House Study Holidays, a British Council accredited, leading provider in Study Holidays. Each summer from late June to mid August, we welcome over 6000 young students (aged 8-17) from around the world to one of our seven centres. Our mission is to provide our students with a fun and educational holiday experience, which includes English language classes and engaging activities and excursions. And that's where you come in

**Location**:  London, Bloomsbury - 3 minutes from Holborn Station
- We also have locations in Bournemouth, Canterbury, Cambridge, Uxbridge, Northampton, and Oakham (famous for the Michael Owen Red Stars football school) - we may support with full-board accommodation for these locations._

**What contracts do we offer? ** 4-6 weeks between late June to mid August. You must be available throughout July 2025 as a minimum.

**Pay**: £586.08 per week + holiday entitlement

**What you’ll need to be an Activity Leader**:

- You must be able to work full-time (48 hours per week over 6-days) - you must be within a commutable distance as you may work as late as 10pm.
- Lots of confidence, energy and enthusiasm. You don’t need to have specific qualification, be an expert in a particular activity or be a good sportsperson, but you must have an interest and the ability to lead the varied activities for groups of young people.
- You will ideally have some similar experience of working with young people
- You must be professional, friendly and have a good understanding of how to support the well-being of young people.
- Be flexible, adaptable, and able to think on your feet
- Be a great communicator with a good level of spoken and written English
- We take safeguarding very seriously. If successful we will conduct full pre-employment checks including an Enhanced DBS check, in line with our safer recruitment policy and Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024.
- You must already have the right to work in the UK as we are unable to sponsor you
