**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Training, Learning and Assessment Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role within the organisation dedicated to supporting the trainers and assessors in delivering high-quality educational programs. This job holder will work closely with our Head of Learning in developing a programme of accessible and impactful training, providing resources to trainers and assessors to enable them to be well-prepared to inspire and facilitate effectively. This role facilitates the practical support of our expanding trainer and assessor team.
**Duties**
- To work closely with the Head of Learning on curriculum reviews, implementation of updates and cascading.
- Keeping trainer and assessor documentation up to date and accurate, with a pro-active approach to ensure compliance to best practice, including up to date annual reviews.
- Be the first port of call for all trainer and assessor enquiries, providing pro active communication of essential information, and technical support where necessary.
- Sourcing and coordinating Trainer and Assessor CPD and training opportunities.Trainer and assessor recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate records of trainer and assessor development and progress to created tracking and reporting data.
- Liaising with Internal and External Quality Assurance to ensure best practice and that high quality programmes are delivered at all times.
- Stay informed about best practice in education, learning, training and assessment.To seek and distribute feedback effectively to ensure continuous high standards and identify areas of improvement.
**Person specification**
You will be a meticulous planner and organiser, forward thinking and pro-active at all times, demonstrating a can-do and flexible attitude to your work. You will need to be able to prioritise effectively and thrive in a high paced working environment which encourages autonomy and responsibility. As an experienced multi-tasker you will be able to respond to completing a broad scope of work interchangeably, whilst maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. You will understand and be able to manage the complexities of working with a team of free-lance trainers delivering a number of different courses in a range of locations and to differing schedules. You will need to be able to demonstration the ability to create and promote a work environment which supports openness, inclusion, transparency and integrity throughout the organisation; where teamwork is encouraged, innovation is stimulated and where every individual’s potential is maximised.

**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an adult training organisation is essential.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional technologies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
**Pay**
FTE £32,500 per year
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
