We are experiencing significant growth right nowand this is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a **HR Systems & MI Lead** to join our global leading business.

We are looking to recruit to an **HR Systems & MI Lead** who will be responsible for ensuring that the correct tools and processes are in place to deliver an exceptional HR service. This role will drive the digitisation of existing processesand production of Management Information.

**Responsibilities of ourHR Systems & MI Lead;**
- Lead on the selection of an appropriate HR Information System that provides end to end HR functionality, with a focus on strong workflow management.
- Project manage the implementation of the HR information system ensuring that it is delivered in accordance with company requirements. Moving forward ensure that the system continues to be optimized through regular updates.
- Maintain a positive end user experience through the delivery of a self-service model, working with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to manage effective change.
- Manage HRIS, Time & Attendance, and other system vendors to ensure the business achieves great Return on Investment and the agreed Service Levels.
- Ensure Payroll systems are operating efficiently and improved where appropriate leveraging opportunities to rationalize and de-risk payrolls.
- Take the lead on ensuring people data is GDPR compliant and conduct appropriate data cleansing exercises.
- Take the lead on ensuring that HR processes remain ISO37301 compliant and meet requirements for any future accreditations.
- First line support for the HR systems, including process, system questions and issue resolution for all users.
- Produce and analyse MI to support HR colleagues and the business to make informed decisions, control cost and enhance employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes to increase accuracy and efficiencies within the team, and improve customer experience.
- Always ensure that systems, policies and processes are up to date and legally compliant.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners within the team and the wider business.
- Resolving customer queries related to the systems and MI whilst delivering extraordinary service, ensuring a phenomenal experience for the customer.

**Skills and Experience required of ourHR Systems & MILead**
- Experience of working on system implementations including; scoping requirements with customers and translating these into a clear, meaningful format for developers, creating and handling a test plan, carrying out testing and leading testing failures
- System Administration experience, providing first line support for queries, handling more sophisticated queries with third parties or internal IT department in accordance with agreed support SLAs
- Maintenance of background tables, user/ security management and governance
- Experience of supporting system upgrades
- Consistent track record of using strong analytical techniques and problem solving
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate recommendations in a confident and business-like manner
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

**You will also have an understanding and experience of**:

- Knowledge of management reporting tools, specifically Power BI and Excel;
- Managing and manipulating large amounts of data in order to provide concise, summarised analysis
- Solid understanding of HR/Payroll processes and systems, ideally from HR/ Payroll Administration background
- Experience in problem solving and process mapping
- Creative and innovating thinking and approach to work.
