**No evening shifts, with the exception of very occasional (1 or 2 a year) events.**

**Do you love running a restaurant, catering / food / hospitality operation but no longer want to work evenings or every weekend?**

**Then this could be exactly the role you are looking for.**

We are working on behalf of an upmarket, destination retail business in Hertfordshire who are recruiting for a supervisor for the restaurant, catering and coffee shop offerings in one of their flagship stores.

They offer a high quality food offering, with an expectation of customer service standards to match. There are lots of plans to develop their restaurant services further, and they are looking for someone who can help with their vision.

You'll need to be a hands on team leader, comfortable leading the team from the front, engaging with customers and helping your team provide the service that a site of this required. You'll have a lot more flexibility to come up with, and implement yourown ideas, than would be the case in many other larger restaurant chains or retail companies. If this excites you then great, we would love to hear from you.

If on the other hand you prefer to work within a much more rigid corporate structure, and particularly if you'd really like to spend all day looking at spreadsheets in the back office, this is unlikely to be the role for you

For the right individual this is a fantastic opportunity to manage, and develop, the various catering offerings of a large single-site and upmarket destination retail site. You'll have a lot of authority within this role to make a difference to the restaurant,coffee shop and outdoor cafe that you will be managing.

All this with a role that doesn't involve evening work (apart from the odd event) and won't involve your regularly working irregular and longer than normal hours.
