We’re now looking for a Service Transition Engineer to join the team, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.
**The Role**
As a Customer Transition Engineer, you will organise and deliver all elements of the client onboarding process.
Taking ownership of the client onboarding process, you will ensure customers coming into our Managed Service receive high-quality support from day one.

**About You**
To join us as a Service Transition Engineer, you will need:
At least two years’ experience in the following areas:

- Microsoft Windows platforms, particularly Windows 7-10
- Microsoft Office Versions and Exchange 2007-2016 and Office365
- Microsoft Server platforms - 2008-2016
- Network infrastructure - routers, firewalls (SonicWALL), VLAN, WLAN (Meraki), QOS and routing
- Security platforms: antivirus (Webroot), OpenDNS and Qualys (vulnerability management)
- Cloud file sync and share platforms: DropBox, OneDrive and AutoTask Workplace
- Phone systems (on premise and/or hosted): VoIP troubleshooting and configuration management
You will also need:

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good client facing skills
- A keen interest in cyber security, threat landscape and automation
