**Job Introduction**

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join the Lister Wilder family at our Bibury, near Cirencester branch. If you have a strong background in Administration and Customer Service, we would love to hear from you. Ideally, we are looking for someone to work 4 hours per day Monday to Thursday but can be flexible on start/finish times around our opening times of 8am to 5pm.

As an Administrator, you will be work alongside another colleague to support the administrative function of the branch. Duties will include:

- Organising equipment brochures (labelling, ordering and replenishing).
- Updating stock registers and cross checking of stock for various franchises.
- Ordering of supplies for the branch - stationary, kitchen supplies, refreshments etc.
- Producing documentation, printing and laminating.
- Producing warranty paperwork for customers.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the arrangement of events, completing necessary paperwork.
- Accurately scanning and storing documentation.
- Any other administrative duties that will support the function of the branch and company.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service.
- High level attention to detail
- Efficient and able to use your own initiative and multi-task.
- Comfortable using a range of IT systems and programmes including MS Office.
