**The role**:
An opportunity has arisen for a fashion photographer to join the Debenhams team working on ecom photography as well as campaigns across all associated brands; DP, Wallis, Burton, Coast, Oasis and Principles. Working closely with the studio, creative and styling teams in a fast paced, busy studio environment you will be confident shooting ecom and campaign photography. You will be a great team player whilst delivering a consistent, polished market leading level of imagery.

Supporting the studio team daily through delivery of model photography that supports the commercial and creative vision of Debenhams and its associated brands ultimately works to enhance conversion.

You will need to agile and inventive in your methods and willing to work on projects outside of your comfort zone. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new and developing team as we reinvent Debenhams as the great British digital department store.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of studio and location photography, kit and relevant software
- Involvement in the set-up, direction and shoot of Debenhams and third party products on model sets.
- Taking the appropriate lead when directing shoots and retaining a balanced studio atmosphere in fast paced situations.
- Execution of setting up lighting, composition, colour accuracy, and exposure for each shot
- Provide photographic tests and complete background testing as required
- Thinking outside the box, suggesting creative and current ideas for all types of shoots
- Working alongside onset stylists to create and adhere to composition guidelines
- Ensuring all studio equipment is maintained and in a clean working order
- Adhering to tight deadlines and balancing last minute shoot requests

**About you**:

- Creative awareness and an ability to combine an innovative approach with commercial ideas
- Proficient in capture one and all other relevant programmes
- Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Good networker and communicator and the capacity to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work with others and able to influence and communicate effectively.
- Excellent people management skills
- Commitment, drive and self-motivation
