We are currently looking to recruit a **Learning and Development Specialist** to provide learning and development opportunities for employees of SIG UK by designing and delivering engaging learning to a wide range of audiences.
**What does the role involve?**
As **Learning and Development Specialist**, you will work alongside two existing L&D Specialists to deliver leadership delivery programmes, early careers, and product sales training across the UK. Working closely with other L&D team members, you'llcontinually strive to innovate and improve on the overall L&D programme and strategy and deliver to make SIG UK's L&D team truly market leading.
- Extensive recent experience in an in-house L&D role across a broad range of specialisms.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business
- Ability to identify key business priorities and react quickly and with agility in order to develop L&D solutions
- Ability to review, evaluate and improve
- Experience in designing, creating, delivering, evaluating and then continuously improve training in a blended learning approach.
- Sound presentation skills with the ability to engage those around you.Proven delivery both face to face and virtual delivery
- Able to travel to a range of locations across the UK
