Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in a school, mentoring, or support role, ideally within an SEMH or alternative provision setting. A flexible, patient approach and the creativity to adapt learning strategies to meet individual emotional and academic needs. A strong commitment to student wellbeing, with a thorough understanding of safeguarding and pastoral responsibilities. An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or readiness to apply for one promptly. The ability to provide two professional references that speak to your suitability for working with vulnerable learners.
