We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Finance Administrator to join our finance team within our head office in Dumfries.

**What We Offer**:

- Full Time Role: Monday - Friday 09:00hrs until 17:00hrs

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Raising sales invoices & credit control
- Processing holiday requests & maintaining holiday records within a computerised T&A system
- Payroll processing & associated tasks
- Maintaining keyholding & mobile patrol records within a finance setting
- Purchase ledger duties
- Maintaining budgets at contract level
- Varied duties as required to ensure the smooth running of a busy finance function
