Insurance Account Executive
Due to expansion, my industry leading client is seeking an experienced Account Handler, who is looking to progress, to joiin their team.
We are offering an opportunity to join a long-established, continually growing business.
My clients' aim is to provide the necessary support to team members to help them achieve their career goals. They fund CII studies with incentive bonuses/increased salaries when additional qualifications are passed, up to ACII level.
The salary for this role is negotiable and based on experience. They also offer generous bonuses and great benefits
Job specifications:
- Day-to-day management of a commercial insurance book
- Responsibility to generate new business leads and manage pipeline
- Attendance at various client industry events and meetings
- Independent management of renewals
- Responsibility to rate and bind policies under various delegated authority agreements
- Client renewal and new business meetings across the UK
- Management of all policy administration
- Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the general principles of insurance, with ideally three or more years of experience in the industry.
- Be Cert CII qualified at least.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Have a confident telephone manner.
- Have a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Be prepared to continue CII studies.
