Senior Shopper Marketing Manager

This role is a varied role within the shopper marketing leadership team. Initially, you will spend your time supporting / learning the key processes within the Beer & RTD team, supporting in the creation of our market-share-driving plans on Guinness inthe on & off trade.
From March, the role will be fully focused on delivering shopper marketing strategies across our Whisky portfolio.
Building upon an excellent base of work delivered in F21 & F22, it will be your responsibility to identify shopper opportunities across all channels and deliver creative excellent that delivers against these challenges/opportunities.
This involves everything from researching and writing the creative brief, through to managing our agency and presenting to the commercial teams to ensure great execution is delivered at the point of purchase.
Key strengths you will need to demonstrate to be successful:
- Self-starter with autonomous attitude, comfortable working in ambiguity
- Can demonstrate thought leadership and influence of peers and senior stakeholders
- Can coach across the team to ensure brilliant outcomes delivered
- Can manage multiple projects in parallel and effectively prioritise against competing demands on time
