🚀 NEWLY CREATED ROLE: Shopper Marketing Controller 📍 London | 💰 £75–80k + car + bonus | 🗓 3 days in office I’m partnering exclusively with one of the UK’s most loved premium food brands to recruit their first ever Shopper Marketing Controller . This is a newly created role - nothing to inherit, everything to build. You'll set the shopper strategy, roll up your sleeves on execution, and shape how the brand shows up across in-store, online, and with major retailers . It’s high-impact, highly visible and reports directly into the Head of Marketing, with a dotted line to the Sales Director. Why this role stands out Create the shopper function from scratch – full autonomy One of the UK’s premium food brand – 15+ years strong and still growing PE-backed, collaborative culture under new leadership Direct involvement with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons & online Major opportunity to drive digital shopper activation (huge growth area) Who they’re looking for Senior-level FMCG shopper/activation experience Big company training preferred but not essential Strategic thinker who also loves getting stuck in A driven, results-focused personality (think high energy, delivery mindset ) Comfortable working independently without a large team behind you (to start)
