Compliance Administrator

Lodders Solicitors is an award winning solicitors practice with offices in Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham, Birmingham and Henley in Arden.
We are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator to join our existing team supporting a number of teams across the firm.
This is a development role with progression to a Compliance Officer with fully funded training.
Some of the duties will include:
- Processing and consideration of client due diligence / Anti-Money Laundering
- Dealing with conflicts of interest enquiries
- Administration of the firm’s Conveyancing Qualification Scheme accreditation and Lender Panel memberships
- Assist in the maintenance of the firm’s Lexcel accreditation
- Responsible for the administration of the firm’s file review programme
- Involvement in the compliance training of new and existing staff.
- Handle general regulatory and risk management enquires
