We are recruiting a Sales Support Administrator / Sales Coordinator to work in our offices in Falkirk. This permanent role is ideal for someone who feels they would excel in order processing, order management or sales administration within an engineering environment.
This is an administration role where you will support our Sales team helping to progress our customer orders efficiently.
**Hours**:
Mon - Thurs 09:00-17:00 / Fri 09:00-16:00
**Key Duties will Include**:
- Carrying out reviews of sales orders, arranging handover meetings with our Sales, Admin, and our Technical teams.
- Updating / amending any variation to orders and ensuring commercial diligence is applied to all orders.
- Monitoring progress of orders through our business.
- Liaison with customers, and our production teams to monitor production output performance versus customer expectation.
- Providing regular customer progress updates and reports.
- Liaising with our Credit Control team on status of order/s following completion
**The Ideal Applicant**:
- You must be IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and be confident using a variety of internal computer software packages.
- You’ll have a natural ability to manage multiple priorities, switching between different tasks quickly, whilst maintaining a high level of organisation.
- A process-driven approach, ensuring extensive levels of accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills - with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and colleagues.
- Live within a reasonable commute from our facility in Falkirk with the desire to work a full-time permanent role on site.
