Paid Social Media Executive

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Paid Social Media Executive to join our team at The Lost Estate.
You’ll relish the prospect of working in a **fast-paced, high-growth startup environment** and want to come on the journey with us as we expand across London, the UK and new global markets. The Paid Social Media Strategist will play a crucial role in the successful development and execution of TLE’s social media strategy, working with a team of creatives to deliver best-in-class media for paid acquisition channels.
You’ll effectively **manage our media buying**, as well as support a move into new media platforms, and be someone who works collaboratively to deliver content about TLE’s immersive world, our team members and collaborators, as well as the journey of the company itself.
Additionally, you will be **responsible for analytics and attribution**, and will use a well developed aptitude for data to support your decision making process and the overall development of this strategic area of the business.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Ideate and deliver best-in-class media (still, animated, studio video, UGC video) for TLE’s paid acquisition channels**:
- **Work with a team of in house and freelance creatives to deliver content**:
- **Create in-house UGC for advertising, in collaboration with our influencer team**:
- **Maintain exceptional knowledge of best performance media practises / trends**:
- **Assist in developing a high-performance creative split testing programme across paid media**:
- **Deliver spend and CPA targets across all paid media platforms**:
- **Implement and maintain best media buying practises**:
- **Assist in the drive onto new media platforms**
PERSONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- **2 years working in a similar role.**:
- **A strong focus on data, with the ability to analyse performance and adjust accordingly.**:
- **Self-directed learner that is always looking for ways to improve.**:
- **Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.**:
- **High level of creativity, able to approach challenges in new ways.**:
- **Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.**:
- **Ability to perform well under pressure.**:
- **Adaptable to change and possess a willingness to embrace innovative ideas and new processes.**:
- **Co-deliver TLE’s department-wide analytics and attribution programme, with a personal focus on paid acquisition A&A**:
- **Maintain best attribution practises (eg. UTM links, pixel maintenance) across paid acquisition projects**
- **Full-Time Position** commencing ASAP
- **Salary**: £28-35k depending on experience
- **Hours**: 40 hours per week
- **Hybrid working**: 2 days a week WFH
- **Holidays**: 30 days annual leave, including public holidays + one further day of annual leave for your birthday
