Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust are seeking to appoint a Head of Performance to support the Trust in delivering its key performance targets.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven individual who has extensive experience, leadership skills and a breadth and depth of knowledge, ideally in healthcare and service improvement.

The Head of Performance will play a key role in the reporting, analysis and monitoring of performance against national, local and internal targets, whilst promoting a positive culture that actively encourages learning, development and knowledge sharing. The post holder will work with clinical and non-clinical teams across the organisation to create an effective and sustainable approach to performance which supports the delivery of high quality services for the local population.

The post holder will lead on the production, development and promotion of a range of statistical/information services and will provide specialist advice on information and data. The post holder will be required to have excellent data analysis skills, proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to understand interpret complex data requirements and data sets, translating this into practical operational recommendations.
