**Medvivo is looking for an Associate Director of Operations to join the Senior Management Team on a full time, permanent basis.**

As one of four Associate Directors, you will be an integral part of the Senior Management Team and will work alongside your colleagues to lead the delivery of high-quality services which achieve optimum clinical outcomes, whilst providing an excellent patient experience.

**About You**

You will have extensive experience and a proven track record at senior management level of successful leadership within complex systems. You will have a strong focus on achievement and delivery with a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving.

In addition, you will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate, engage and develop a diverse team in a complex environment.

**About the role**

The Associate Director of Operations is responsible for the operational management and on the ground delivery of Medvivo’s frontline urgent care service. This includes the BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Service (Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) and GP Out of Hours Service). This role will also maintain close working relationships with our 111 sub-contractor and will take a lead role in its performance management.

Accountable for ensuring the operational team is provided with the leadership, support and resources required, to successfully deliver truly patient-centred care, whilst ensuring services meet, and exceed, performance and quality standards.

The Associate Director will be expected to:

- Contribute fully as a member of the Senior Management Team, and play a pivotal role in shaping Medvivo’s culture and embedding our core values and behaviours throughout the organisation.
- Be an ambassador for Medvivo amongst senior stakeholders, such as ICB partners
- Be a member of the Director on Call Rota
- Become a Registered Manager for the Care Quality Commission.
- Be responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of operational business continuity and resilience programmes.
- Be responsible for standards against National Quality Requirements, Care Quality Commission, and Key Performance Indicators.
