Chippenham, United Kingdom Central Medical Services Ltd Full time

Central Medical Services Ltd is a professional, reliable, private medical service working for both the NHS and private clients alike.

We operate a 24/7 private ambulance and medical service. Catering for either short notice or pre-planned assignments throughout the UK.

As an experienced company we bring with us a vast wealth of experience from the NHS, private and voluntary sectors with an aim to provide high quality medical and ambulance services, truly believing in patient care and customer service.

We currently have a fantastic training opportunity, previously known as the Ambulance Technician role, the AAP course will allow learners to gain knowledge of the underlying concepts and associated principles within the ambulance sector, including the ability to evaluate and interpret these. They will assess, treat and manage patients (reducing the need for hospital admission), either referring users to alternative care provision or safely discharging them on scene.

This qualification is nationally recognised by the NHS Ambulance Trusts and Private Ambulance Service providers and has been designed with focus on the key skills and knowledge for the learner who is wanting to qualify as an associate ambulance practitioner.

Our Paramedic led course will allow for learners to work within the ambulance service as fully qualified technicians, allowing for them to make decisions to the best treatment for patients, using underpinning anatomy and physiology and holistic treatment approaches.
