Digital Marketing Executive

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop the company website and SEO optimisation ensuring the company will be on the first page of Google searches within their specialist market.
- Managing the company's marketing budgets; analysing the return on investment over time to ensure budgets are being spent most effectively.
- Creating and uploading content for social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
- Analysing reports and figures on advertising click throughs (pay per click on Google) to ensure marketing schemes are effective and assess where things can be improved.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven Digital Marketing experience (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong understanding of website management, SEO optimisation and PPC Campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions.
- An individual who can be flexible with work duties and assist in other areas of the business as the business develops further - resulting in progression opportunities.
- Enthusiastic attitude and proactive approach to work.
- Able to work independently and autonomously on a daily basis.
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
Additional Information:
- Working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and the role is office based in Chipping Norton (with free parking on site).
- Auto enrolment onto a pension scheme.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
