About the AgencyYou'd be joining a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of 50 people based across two offices (this role is two days in North Oxon). The team brings together strategists, designers, developers, and project managers to deliver outstanding work — from websites and campaign activations to AI-powered platforms and experiences. Their clients are all major international brands across technology, travel, retail, and consumer sectors.The culture is friendly, flexible, and forward-thinking, with a focus on professional development.The RoleAs an Digital Project Exec, you’ll help plan and deliver projects like websites, apps, HTML emails, interactive platforms and online training programs. Working alongside experienced project managers and developers, you’ll coordinate timelines, track progress, and make sure every deliverable meets the brief, on time and budget.This is an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of project management in a fast-paced creative environment while gaining hands-on experience with emerging AI and automation tech.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of websites, campaigns, and AI-led digital projects.Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and budgets.Collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists to ensure smooth delivery.Assist with testing and quality assurance.Maintain accurate project documentation and trackers.Suggest improvements to project processes and tools.What You’ll BringA genuine interest in digital technology, AI, and automation.Strong organisation and communication skills.A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.(Bonus) Familiarity with project tools such as GitHub, Trello, or Asana.What’s in It for YouCompetitive salary and annual bonus (up to 10%).Hybrid working with structured collaboration days.Dedicated training and development budget.Clear career progression into Project Management and Digital Strategy.Supportive, collaborative culture.Recognition awards and quarterly team events. xpwpeyx Pension and wellbeing benefits.Please email for more information or click "apply"
