An award winning, well established architectural firm is now seeking an experienced, proactive Architectural Technician to join their growing team, in Norwich.

**The Architectural Technician Role**

The Architectural Technician will be working within a growing team and be responsible for running projects throughout all RIBA stages whilst working directly with clients and managing a small team of assistants.

The Architectural Technician will be required to have a high level of knowledge and interest of traditional building construction as well have a passion for preserving historic buildings.

**The Architectural Technician**
- 3+ years of experience within a similar role
- Excellent proficiency in using HBIM software (REVIT).
- Ability to use 2D drafting using AutoCAD and 3D modelling in Revit, FormIt or SketchUp
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or other graphic presentation software
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage self, prioritise, work under pressure, and to meet deadline
