We are currently seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Advisor** to join our team.

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Inputting data into our management system.
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Scheduling vehicle repairs and bookings.
- Managing courtesy vehicles and ensuring maximum utilisation.
- Providing regular updates to customers and suppliers.
- Creating and maintaining job packs.
- Managing your customers’ journey from start to finish.
- Coordinating collections and deliveries with our transport team.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives on delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our customers—whether in person or over the phone—you’ll be the face and voice of Wyndon Motors.

You’ll need to be passionate about understanding and meeting every customer’s needs while building strong relationships. Based at our Shilton site, you’ll work within a small, close-knit team, ensuring every customer’s experience is seamless from start to finish.

**Working Hours**

- Full driving licence.
- Previous experience as a customer service advisor is essential and in the motor industry or a similar role is desirable.
- A passion for customer service and a professional attitude.

**Additional Information**

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
