**About The Role**
Practice Plus Group are seeking an **experienced Project Manager** for our entire IUC (**Integrated Urgent Care**) service across the country.
We currently **operate services** in the **Midlands**,**South West, East of England, South East and London**. As such, the role will support anywhere we have existing, developing or actual new services in England.
As the IUC Project Manager, you will work with the **National IUC team** to **manage**and **deliver projects**as required for **mobilisations**, service **improvements**and **transformations**within agreed costs and timelines.
The work within your role will include **supporting**new **business development, implementatio**n of new contracts and service **improvement planning**.
The role requires a good **knowledge**of the **IUC portfolio** and will work closely and effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, often at a senior level.
You will work closely with the**senior leadership** and **management**teams in **IUC**to ensure that the day to day agenda of continuous improvements are understood and supported.
You will ideally be a**self-starter**, who is highly **experienced** at **delivering projects** within a robust **project management structure**and tight deadlines.You will also have **good critical thinkin**g skills and the ability to handle **multiple complex projects** at the same time. An assertive and demanding personality would suit this role.
This will be a **full time, permanent** Home Based role with travel to other regional sites when required.
- **Prince 2**or a Similar **recognized Project Management** qualification
- **Proven Experience**and capabilities in running complex projects
- **Experience**working in an **NHS**or similar environment
- **Excellent** communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- **Significant start**to **end project management and** experience within a complex and fast paced environment.
- **Track record** of **delivering new service** innovations and projects across multiple sites
- Working with **complex**contracts
- Ability to work under **pressure** and to tight deadlines.
